Villa Idrea lies in Tuscany on the coast, in the bathing centre of Castiglione della Pescaia in the Province of Grosseto.  Ideal for passing the holiday on the sea not only in summer period but as well during the less warm months, since equipped with central heating and fireplace.

The house is placed in such a position to find itself in the centre of the town, without suffering for this reason, in summer, of the noise, but with all the advantages that the position involves (you may walk to the beach, to the port or along the main road without having to take the car, as these sites are distant between 50 and 200 metres, click on photo 1)

You reach the house by walking along a narrow lane with approximately 60 steps, it has a leveled garden with, in its middle, the house that enjoys an unique panorama with view of the sea at 180° that spaces from the Argentario to the isle of Elba.  Weather conditions allowing, are visible to the eye all the islands of the Tuscan archipelago and even the profile of Corsica.
